Lorraine Gouws has over 20 years of Excel experience, of which nearly 11 years was working for IBM. During that time she worked for the Global Marketing Operations Team developing, maintaining and optimising the key Marketing reports for worldwide distribution. She developed effective solutions to save the company both time and money, by automating and developing large, complex reports that would meet the requirements of the wider Marketing community.

Prior to IBM Lorraine worked in South Africa for an international Pulp and Paper manufacturer and as part of her role she also produced professional PowerPoint presentations for international visitors to the Mill.
Lorraine is now responsible for all new client business and practice development, consulting to new and existing clients, servicing the UK, South Africa, USA and Europe.
We have a small team of freelance consultants with various skills which we may draw upon if necessary, to meet all your MS Office needs. All work is directed through Excel Expertise, ensuring that the quality or level of expertise exceeds your expectations. We have now partnered with Harbour and Associates Inc. in South Africa, working closely with them to support their clientele’s spreadsheet needs.
